Assess
Repair or replace? Our certified auto glass technicians will assess the damage to your windshield to see if we can possibly perform a repair rather than a replacement. We will do whatever we can to salvage your windshield, assessing the possibility of using expert repairs to bring back the windshield’s original strength and level of protection and industry-standard safety.
Should we determine it is not safe to do so, we’ll then provide you with a quote, and help you with the insurance claims process while we’re at it, to replace your windshield (or other windows).
Repair

For windshield repairs, our experts can usually repair your windshield in the following conditions:
- If the chip does not exceed the size of a loonie.
- If there is at least 4 cm separating the point of impact and the edge of the windshield.
- If the chip does not interfere with the driver’s line of vision, which is approximately 30 cm wide and located just above the middle of the steering wheel.
- If the outer layer of glass is the only part damaged on the windshield.
- If there are no more than 3 chips that need to be repaired.
